These Terms govern your use of UGC Plus (the “Service”), operated by VX Designs LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
UGC Plus helps Roblox creators discover potential copies of their user-generated content by comparing item data (mesh geometry, UV maps, and textures) across the Roblox catalog, and helps draft DMCA notices.
The Service — including its software, source code, detection and matching engine, algorithms, data models, database schemas, user interface, layouts, designs, text, and branding (collectively, the “Materials”) — is owned by VX Designs LLC and its licensors and is proprietary and confidential. These Terms are a binding agreement for access to the Service, not a sale, and transfer no ownership of the Materials to you. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable licence to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. This licence exists only while you comply with these Terms, and we may suspend or revoke it at any time.
As a condition of your access, you agree that you will not, and will not permit or help anyone else to:
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase a paid plan or subscription. By making any purchase, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and are legally able to enter into this agreement.
If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. If you are the parent or guardian of a user under 18, by allowing your child to use the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and are responsible for their activity, including any purchases made through their account.
You sign in with Google. When you create an account you must affirmatively agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining access to your Google account. One person or entity per account; do not share accounts or create accounts to evade limits or bans.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. The Service reads Roblox's public data and, at your direction, acts through your own Roblox session. You are responsible for your use of your Roblox account and for complying with Roblox's Terms of Use. Roblox may change its platform or APIs at any time, which may affect the Service.
7.1 Auto-monitor & stored session. The Watchlist / auto-monitor is an optional Pro feature that re-scans items you select on a schedule, including while you are offline. If you enable it, you expressly authorize us to store your Roblox session token and use it to perform automated scans on your behalf. We store it encrypted at rest and use it only to scan your own watched items (see our Privacy Policy). You represent that the account is yours and that automated, scheduled scanning of Roblox's public data through your session is consistent with Roblox's Terms of Use; you remain solely responsible for your account. You may disconnect at any time from the Watchlist page, which deletes the stored token and stops scheduled scans. We do not guarantee that auto-monitor will detect every copy or run on any exact schedule, and Roblox rate limits, API changes, or an expired session may delay or interrupt scans.
The Service can help you draft a DMCA notice, but it does not send notices for you and is not legal advice. Submitting a takedown notice carries legal responsibility — knowingly materially misrepresenting that material is infringing can create liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Only submit notices for works you genuinely own or are authorized to act for.
The Service offers a free tier and paid “Pro” and “Creator” subscriptions, billed monthly through Stripe. You must be 18 or older to purchase (see Section 5).
We provide the Service “as is” and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will find every copy — discovery depends on third-party (Roblox) APIs and search.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY ACTION YOU TAKE BASED ON ITS RESULTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service. Sections 2, 4, 5, 11, and 14 survive termination.
We may update these Terms; the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
